Description
Do you thrive in a fast-paced veterinary hospital, love leading a team, and believe pets deserve amazing customer service? If you're the kind of person who can juggle phones, clients, schedules, and a surprise puppy cuddle without breaking a sweat-we want to meet you!⭐ This is NOT an entry-level position.
Veterinary hospital experience is REQUIRED. If you haven't worked in a veterinary practice before, this isn't the right fit-but we'd love to hear from you for future opportunities!
What You'll Do:
🐶 Lead and mentor our incredible CSR team
🐱 Deliver exceptional service to clients and their pets
📞 Manage appointments, phones, and client communications like a pro
💻 Navigate veterinary software and medical terminology with confidence
🤝 Partner with doctors and technicians to keep the hospital running smoothly
Help create a positive, supportive, drama-free workplace
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous experience working in a veterinary hospital (required)
Has leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
Stays calm under pressure and can multitask with a smile
Loves people just as much as pets
Is dependable, organized, and solution-oriented
Brings positivity, professionalism, and a great sense of humor
