In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and provide Physical Therapy services for patients across various settings. These settings include inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing. Services provided will be in accordance with physician orders and state regulations. Candidates must possess strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills. You should be able to manage diverse patient populations and diagnoses effectively. Proficiency with computers and EMR systems is required. Strong problem-solving abilities and a high attention to detail are essential. There is a commitment to ongoing professional development.
