Occupational Therapist Location: Cupertino, CA Agency: United Health Care Staffing Pay: $2,200 to $2,500 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy treatments in an SNF setting
• Help patients improve ADLs, mobility, balance, and coordination
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehab teams
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

• Active California OT License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Prior SNF experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
