Kellogg North America Company seeks a Total Rewards Consultant, Compensation in Chicago, IL.

Job duties:

• Compensation Analysis: Work with Global Business Services team on pricing jobs, collaborate with and align region leadership on annual incentive plan design, partner with sales leadership on sales incentive plan, and approve compensation recommendations from HR business partners.
• Participant Education: Develop and lead internal trainings/webinars on our compensation programs and philosophy to educate our employee base.
• Improve Employee Experience: Provide additional tools and resources on current programs to improve value and utilization. Build efficiencies into offerings, processes, and user experience.
• Communicate Compensation – Develop and lead communications on annual incentive plan design, annual incentive payouts, and adjust global compensation communications on compensation planning for North American audience.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, International Business or related field and 5 years of experience as Total Rewards Consultant, Compensation; Global Compensation Advisor; Global Equity and Recognition Specialist; North America Compensation Specialist; North America Total Rewards Team Lead or related occupation required.
