Description
Responsibilities- Act as the key liaison between internal teams and brokers' trading technology teams, gathering system development requirements and coordinating project delivery from planning and testing through to production launch.
- Coordinate the maintenance, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of existing trading systems, ensuring business requirements across multiple asset classes are effectively supported.
- Analyze and streamline the firm's trading technology landscape, working closely with brokers, exchanges, and third-party vendors to capture requirements and drive system improvements.
- Proactively identify project risks, prioritize issues, coordinate resources, and track project progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage technical communications and stakeholder coordination for a wide range of trading technology initiatives.
- Support system testing, UAT, production rollout, and post-implementation monitoring.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the securities, futures, or financial services industry, with hands-on exposure to trading technology projects in a Developer, Project Manager, Product Manager, or related capacity.
- Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university; Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related disciplines are preferred.
- Strong understanding of trading systems, broker connectivity, OMS/EMS workflows, and capital markets infrastructure.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills; ability to work effectively with both domestic and international counterparts.
- Detail-oriented, highly self-motivated, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
