Our client is an independent investment management business regulated within the DIFC, serving professional investors across the GCC. The organisation provides access to a broad range of conventional and Sharia-compliant investment solutions through funds, separately managed accounts, and structured products, supported by both in-house capabilities and external investment partners
Job Description
The role, reporting to the Head of Products & Marketing will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the ongoing management and development of the firm's product range, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
- Manage new fund launches and product development initiatives, including stakeholder coordination and approvals.
- Lead the preparation and maintenance of product documentation, including presentations, factsheets, FAQs, product guides and offering documentation.
- Drive product governance activities, product reviews, KPI monitoring and investor flow analysis.
- Maintain product and fund registers, launch pipelines and reporting trackers.
- Partner with legal, compliance and governance stakeholders to implement product changes and secure regulatory approvals.
- Manage product rationalisation activities, including enhancements, mergers and closures where required.
- Support relationships with distributors, index providers, fund advisers and other strategic partners.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify product opportunities.
- Develop and execute product launch strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Lead the creation of high-quality marketing materials and investor communications.
- Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen product positioning and support revenue growth initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing activity remains aligned with regulatory requirements and brand standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Product Manager should have:
- 7-11 years of experience in investment product management within asset management or a comparable regulated financial services environment.
- Proven experience managing and launching investment funds across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated project management capability in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Knowledge of UCITS, Cayman, DIFC and alternative fund structures is preferred.
- Strong understanding of product governance, regulatory frameworks and investment product lifecycle management.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- High ethical standards, a commitment to client service, and the ability to consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work.
