Job Summary:
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will partner with leaders and employees across key business areas to align people strategies with business goals and support initiatives that enhance employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and business performance.
You will serve as a trusted HR advisor, collaborating across HR functions to develop and improve people programs while influencing leaders and driving business impact. We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about supporting high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to support talent, culture, employee engagement, and people-related initiatives across the business.
- Provide HR guidance and coaching to leaders up to director level on employee relations, performance management, career development, and workplace concerns.
- Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to deliver insights, recommendations, and data-driven solutions that support business goals.
- Support compliance with labor and employment regulations while partnering with Legal and Labor Relations teams as needed.
- Build strong working relationships that enhance team morale, productivity, retention, and employee experience.
- Guide leaders through HR policies, change management initiatives, and organizational updates with clear and empathetic communication.
- Identify training and development opportunities using data and business insights to support leadership and team growth.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to implement people programs and drive impactful business outcomes.
- Develop presentations, proposals, and communications related to HR strategies and people initiatives.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of HR experience with a bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or 6+ years of experience without a degree.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR compliance, labor practices, and performance management.
- Experience partnering with leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, succession planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze HR and workforce data, align HR strategies to business goals, and drive business outcomes.
- Experience managing HR projects and leveraging HR systems, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and continuous improvement practices to improve effectiveness.
