SummaryThe Opportunity
Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Senior Copywriter, Global Content to join our Global Creative and Content Team . In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to develop emotionally compelling, brand-driven copy that supports integrated marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives and guest engagement across Hyatt's global portfolio. As a key contributor within a pooled team model, this role develops high-impact copy that supports brand growth, promotional initiatives and omnichannel marketing campaigns. This role focuses on campaign-level storytelling and integrated marketing execution across Hyatt's global brand portfolio, loyalty initiatives and commercial partnerships. You will be part of a team that is passionate about our purpose, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections across the organization with colleagues, customers, and guests.

The Role
The Senior Copywriter is responsible for developing compelling campaign copy and brand storytelling across multiple marketing channels, including web, email, social, paid media, CRM, and sales materials.
This role translates creative briefs into cohesive, audience-focused messaging and supports the integrated execution of global initiatives. Working within defined campaign guidelines, the Senior Copywriter works closely with creative leaders and brand stakeholders to deliver impactful content that drives engagement and elevates Hyatt's brand portfolio.
- Develop copy for integrated marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, loyalty initiatives, partnerships and B2B communications.
- Translate creative briefs into clear, compelling and brand-aligned messaging frameworks.
- Write across channels including web, email, social, display, app and sales enablement materials while maintaining a consistent brand voice and storytelling approach.
- Collaborate with campaign leads to ensure alignment with approved strategic direction.
- Ensure tone, voice and structural consistency.
- Support localization readiness by delivering high-quality source copy.
- Balance creativity with precision, ensuring messaging accurately reflects promotional details, offer terms and legal requirements.
- Craft emotionally compelling, insight-driven messaging that strengthens brand affinity and inspires guest engagement.
- Adapt messaging for various audience segments while maintaining brand guardrails.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced, high-variability environment.
- Incorporate personalization and AI-enabled content tools where appropriate to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in copywriting, campaign development or brand storytelling.
• Demonstrated experience writing for integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand voice and audience segmentation.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Experience Preferred:
• Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle or loyalty marketing.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and digital best practices.
• Experience working within content management systems and project management tools.
• Exposure to AI-powered content creation tools.

The salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000. This role is also eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
