Description
You will help drive reporting, governance, and delivery discipline across an Artificial Intelligence portfolio spanning multiple domains. You will partner with business and Technology stakeholders to provide clear updates, manage dependencies, and enable successful execution of strategic initiatives.As a Reporting and Governance Associate (Artificial Intelligence Program Management) in the Commercial & Investment Bank Artificial Intelligence Program Management team, you will support the oversight of the Artificial Intelligence portfolio and its associated reporting across domains including Document, Email, and Onboarding. You will coordinate across project streams to help deliver strategic initiatives, track governance milestones, and ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are clearly documented and escalated when needed.
Job responsibilities
- Lead project coordination with lines of business, Finance & Business Management, Strategy and Transformation, and technology stakeholders.
- Produce recurring portfolio reporting across Artificial Intelligence use cases, including schedules, scorecards, and plans.
- Track adherence to governance tollgates and required approvals prior to launch.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies impacting in-flight use cases and support timely escalation and resolution.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communicate progress and outcomes to gather feedback on deliverables.
- Develop high-quality materials and presentations to provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance documentation and program standards.
- Partner with colleagues to deliver program communications and branding materials.
- Handle ad-hoc requests to support day-to-day program delivery needs.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrate project management capabilities and experience supporting project delivery.
- Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player to help support delivery of complex initiatives while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Take ownership of issues and drive them through to conclusion with a delivery-focused mindset.
- Create impactful PowerPoint materials quickly and to a high standard.
- Demonstrate resilience, strong work ethic, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities with a flexible, proactive approach.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Prior experience in financial industry environments and/or digital tooling experience.
