Regional Director of Fundraising - Mountain West
Base Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 / Year

Description
Reporting to the Senior Director of Fundraising, the Regional Director of Fundraising, Mountain West will help shape and lead fundraising across Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, and New Mexico. As part of TCF's growing Strategic Giving team, the Regional Director will work closely with regional and fundraising leadership to set fundraising priorities, connect the region's most important conservation work with philanthropic opportunities, and grow support from individuals and institutions.This is an exciting opportunity to help build TCF's fundraising presence and team in the Mountain West. The Regional Director will help shape the region's fundraising strategy and, as opportunities grow, help build the team and support needed to deliver it. This is a leadership role for a strategic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial fundraiser who can build strong relationships, open new doors, develop a strong regional fundraising program, and turn ambitious conservation priorities into compelling opportunities for philanthropy.
Note: This role can be remote in the Mountain West but preference for hybrid in the Denver/Boulder, CO area.

• Develop and execute the fundraising strategy for the Mountain West and Southwest, ensuring regional priorities and funding needs are clearly defined and communicated across teams.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Colorado is the preferred location for this position, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Denver or Boulder area; however, highly qualified candidates located elsewhere in the Mountain West region will also be considered. The Regional Director may work from a home office or from The Conservation Fund's Colorado office. Regular travel throughout the Mountain West and Southwest will be required for donor meetings, site visits, events, and collaboration with field staff.
