Overview
Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: Tampa, FL
This position is pending contract award.
Responsibilities
Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Quality Manager to support the EAGLE-I contract in Tampa, FL.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leads the program's Quality Management Plan (QMP) for the C2ISR Transport effort, integrating quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) across engineering, T&E, deployments, logistics, and PMO reporting.
- Establishes standards, templates, and gate criteria. Audits lab/site builds, configuration baselines, documentation packages, and vendor/teaming deliverables for compliance with the TO, Section F CDRLs, ISO 9001/CMMI practices, and RMF/CM evidence expectations.
- Defines KPIs and dashboards, briefs risk/quality trends to the PM/DPM and Government.
- Coordinates with KM/Portal for records and with Ops for continuous monitoring;ensuring a living QMP that adapts as processes change.
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Secret security clearance
- B.S. OR 10 years Quality Management experience, including extensive experience ensuring Program Quality Manager compliance for continued ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 Certification and CMMI
- Possesses Lead Auditor ISO certifications
- Possesses ITILv4 certification
- Strong capabilities with Microsoft 365 Suite and Microsoft Project
Desired Qualifications:
- B.S AND 10 years Quality Management experience
- Desired: ITIL v4, Lead Auditor ISO certifications
Education:
- B.S. OR 10 years Quality Management experience
