Stakeholder Manager Saudi position

Position Overview

We are seeking a Stakeholder Manager to join the EXPO Project team as a potential replacement for the current role holder. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, supporting engagement activities with government entities and authorities, and ensuring smooth communication between project teams and external stakeholders.

This position is not a team leadership role; however, prior experience in stakeholder management and coordination with public authorities is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, government authorities, and external organizations.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and communications with relevant authorities and project stakeholders.
• Monitor stakeholder requirements and ensure timely follow-up on actions and approvals.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and external entities.
• Support the project team in resolving stakeholder-related issues and obtaining necessary permits or approvals.
• Prepare stakeholder reports, presentations, and communication materials.
• Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions and commitments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in stakeholder management, government relations, or similar project support functions.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, development, or mega projects.
• Strong understanding of Saudi government authorities and approval processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English (written and spoken).
• Saudi National

• Approximately 20 years of age with a strong professional network.
• Experience coordinating with government entities and regulatory authorities.
• Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced project environment.
