ABC Imaging is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate print installation projects for high-end retail and corporate clients. This role is responsible for managing projects from initial planning through final installation, ensuring on-time delivery, quality execution, and strong client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience combined with technical knowledge of installation workflows, site logistics, and visual communications production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-format print installation projects at client sites worldwide
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate installation schedules, workforce deployment, and logistics planning to ensure timely execution
- Oversee site surveys, installation readiness, and field execution planning
- Manage and track project budgets, cost controls, and profitability targets
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements
- Proactively communicate project status, risks, and resolutions to all stakeholders
- Document project milestones, issues, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Support troubleshooting of on-site installation challenges and real-time problem-solving
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Installation Project Manager (preferred in large-format printing, signage, or visual communications industries)
- Strong understanding of installation workflows, site logistics, and safety protocols
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong communication and client-facing skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot on-site issues and adapt project plans as needed
- Knowledge of print production, signage, or media installation processes (a plus, not required)
