At SoftwareOne, we help organizations accelerate digital transformation through cloud, software, and technology solutions. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead medium to large-sized customer engagements, ensuring successful delivery across cloud and technology projects while creating exceptional customer experiences.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery across cloud and infrastructure initiatives. Working closely with customers, technical teams, and business stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered successfully while maintaining strong governance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the successful delivery of cloud and technology projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations.
• Managing project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Acting as the primary point of contact between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Monitoring project performance, financials, and resource utilization while providing accurate forecasting and project reporting.
• Building strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent engagement and delivery excellence.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services and supporting early-stage business development activities within existing customer engagements.

What we need to see from you

• Vendor Management exposure
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Experience working in IT consulting or services
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (M365, Azure, Active Directory or AWS)
• Experience working on M365, Azure, Active Directory, or AWS projects. (Highly Preferred)
• Experience in implementing Microsoft solutions in On-Premises and Hybrid environments is a plus
