Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Officer - Administration & Accounts to provide essential support across project, financial and administrative functions.
Your new role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery through a combination of administration, accounts and stakeholder coordination responsibilities.Your duties will include:

End-to-end project administration support

Processing invoices, purchase orders and account reconciliation activities

Maintaining project records, reports and documentation

Supporting procurement and contractor engagement processes

Coordinating stakeholder communications and project updates

Assisting with compliance, reporting and audit requirements

Managing data across internal systems and platforms

Supporting project timelines and operational priorities

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in project administration, project coordination or accounts administration

Strong financial administration and accounts processing experience

Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or similar

High-level Microsoft Office skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience supporting projects, procurement or contract administration will be highly regarded
