Description
The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation has an opportunity for a Program Associate who will supports the administration and implementation of the Foundation’s career advancement and Alumni engagement initiatives. This role oversees and coordinates operational, logistical, and systems-related aspects of key programs, including the Summer Internship Stipend, Conference and Travel Stipend, Alumni engagement in Scholars Weekend, and related activities. This versatile team member plays a critical role executing administrative, communications, data management, and coordination tasks that ensure timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of career advancement and Alumni programs.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and excellent writing/communication skills. Comfort using tools for content and data management is important (Excel and databases; Canvas/Canva/Slate preferred; including AI tools for content creation).
