Job Summary

The Associate Product Success Manager supports execution of product adoption, enablement, and feedback collection for assigned products while learning core product success practices, including how product value is articulated, enabled, and reinforced through messaging and training.

Contributes to the creation of product value messaging, training content, and success artifacts, and partners with cross-functional teams to drive user engagement and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and maintenance of product enablement materials, including value messaging, training guides, FAQs, and onboarding content

• Support the articulation of product value by helping document product benefits, user outcomes, and success examples that reinforce why the product matters

• Assist with the rollout of new features or products, including communications, stakeholder updates, and first-line training for users

• Collect, document, and synthesize user feedback, adoption signals, and usage data to inform continuous improvement

• Maintain and update adoption trackers, documentation, and success stories or case examples

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Operations, Marketing, and Change teams to support adoption and resolve user issues

• Participate in team meetings, retrospectives, and feedback sessions to learn and contribute to best practices in product success

Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in English and Spanish (Oral and writing at 85% or higher), with a minimum of B2+ level proficiency in both languages being a requirement.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 1-2 years of experience in enablement, change, operations, or related roles

• Experience supporting product enablement, training, or communications in a professional services or enterprise environment

• Exposure to product adoption metrics, user feedback collection, or success tracking

• Experience collaborating with Product, Operations, Marketing, or Change teams
