Description
We are an established and growing podiatry practice serving patients throughout the Phoenix metro area and expanding across Arizona. We are seeking a licensed DPM who values flexibility, clinical autonomy, and meaningful patient care — without clinic politics or administrative burden.
Care is delivered through private in-home concierge visits, assisted living communities, group homes, and select skilled nursing facilities based on your preferences and availability.
This role is ideal for a podiatrist seeking:
- Supplemental income
- 1–2 flexible days per week
- A lower-stress alternative to traditional associate roles
- Gradual transition into a larger role, if desired
- Opportunity to help establish and grow provider territories throughout Arizona

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
- Part-time W-2 position
- 60% of collections (above typical industry associate compensation ranges)
- Flexible schedule — choose your preferred days based on availability and patient demand
- Established patient volume with opportunity to increase schedule and earnings over time
- Earnings scale directly with productivity and volume
- Providers are trusted to manage their schedules, patient care, and clinical decision-making with a high degree of autonomy and support

Requirements
- Active Arizona podiatry license
- Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance
- Strong bedside manner and professional presentation
- Punctuality and reliability
- Comfortable providing care in residential (in-home) and facility-based settings
- Reliable transportation for local house calls
Preferred:
Experience in mobile podiatry, assisted living, nursing home care, wound care, biomechanics, or orthotic management is preferred but not required.
New graduates, experienced associates, and semi-retired podiatrists are encouraged to apply.
