Job Summary/Description:

Join WVVA (a Gray Local Media station) in Bluefield, WV, as a Media Executive-a fast-paced, relationship-first sales role where your determination and creativity pay off.

We're looking for a motivated, competitive, goal-driven pro who loves winning new business, building strong client partnerships, and delivering smart multimedia marketing solutions. You'll join a high-performing team that's big on training, development, and cutting-edge sales + research tools.

We invest in you with training in TV sales, digital solutions, and new business development so you can grow quickly. You'll prospect, pitch, and build compelling campaigns-then help clients bring them to life and see results.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Develop creative, results-driven advertising and multimedia marketing campaigns for local businesses.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new local and digital advertising accounts.
• Present integrated media plans and solutions tailored to client goals.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and participate fully in Gray Television training programs.
• Maintain accurate client records and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and confident presentation ability.
• Proven customer service orientation and self-starter mentality.
• Comfortable with technology and basic computer applications.
• Outside sales experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to pass a motor vehicle records check.
