This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both virtually at home and from our London office.

What the day will look like
The Commercial Risk Solutions Marketing Manager will be a crucial member of the Commercial Risk Solution marketing team who will partner with senior marketing and business leaders on key priorities, hot topics, solution capabilities and innovations, to create strategic marketing plans, programs and assets that position the firm for success in close collaboration with the wider global marketing and communications function.
- Work with marketing leaders on agreed key priorities and areas of client need to drive thought leadership, content and solution capabilities for core products and solutions
- Collaborate with Regional Risk Marketing leaders to deliver and activate robust thought leadership and content while aligning global and regional growth priorities
- Own and support delivery of multiple marketing assets including thought leadership, whitepapers, surveys, presentations, web content, colleague guides, webinars, sales sheets/technical bulletins, articles, videos etc.
This is a great opportunity for a marketing manager who can work independently and across a variety of projects in alignment with the wider team's objectives. The breadth of growth priorities and variety of projects across commercial risk solutions is a fantastic opportunity to increase subject matter expertise alongside growing your existing marketing skills.
We are a global team that collaborates with colleagues across all disciplines within the marketing and communications function and with key leaders within the Commercial Risk Solutions business. The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Commercial Risk but will work closely with all marketing leaders in the Commercial Risk Solutions marketing team, as well as colleagues across Risk Capital Marketing - which includes both Commercial Risk Solutions and Reinsurance Solutions - and regional marketing teams.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Extensive professional B2B and marketing communications experience (CIM qualification desired).
- Excellent writing, editing, and grammatical skills and experience developing compelling and actionable content for a variety of audiences and a proven ability to distil complex topics into digestible content for multiple mediums.
- Exceptional skills in researching, copy-writing, proof-reading and constructing effective messaging to position offerings
- Proven success engaging with and influencing executives and cross-functional leaders in a complex, matrixed environment
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to execute programs with speed, accuracy and efficiency.
