Description
As Marketing Director for Investor Relations Intelligence, reporting to the Head of GTM Marketing for Corporate Solutions, you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing marketing strategy that drives growth, market share, and revenue for Nasdaq's IR Intelligence product line.You'll thrive in this position if you're strategic yet hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about translating complex financial technology into compelling stories that resonate with buyers and move markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the IR Intelligence product portfolio, creating differentiated messaging frameworks and value propositions that resonate with investor relations and corporate finance audiences.
- Design and implement integrated demand generation programs across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages - including account-based marketing and targeted nurture strategies.
- Conduct buyer research and journey mapping to identify content gaps, refine personas, and optimize touchpoint effectiveness across the funnel.
- Build and deliver sales enablement tools - including pitch decks, competitive comparisons, and ROI materials - and lead product launch planning and execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Content, and Marketing Operations to ensure consistent regional execution and alignment on pipeline and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and business colleagues across business lines, but especially Listings, to drive community building with key personas within listed-company and prospective listing clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 6-10+ years of B2B marketing experience in product marketing and demand generation, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or financial services technology.
- Proven ability to develop buyer personas, messaging frameworks, and demand programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong communicator with experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments and marketing to financial services buyers such as CFOs, IR professionals, and corporate communications leaders.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools; comfort using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and output.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., MBA, CFA, or product marketing certification).
- Experience in investor relations technology, capital markets, or regulated financial services industries.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing platforms and B2B demand attribution methodologies.

The base pay range for this role is $112,000 - $207,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
