Description
JPMorganChase is seeking a high-potential, action-oriented Junior Business Manager to support our Product Development organization in Home Lending. In this high-visibility role, you will partner closely with the Product & Transformation Chief of Staff to keep the organization operating with clarity, discipline, and momentum while helping advance key transformation priorities.As a Junior Business Manager in Home Lending Product & Transformation, you will run an exceptional executive operating rhythm-calendar, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and communications-while also building core business management and junior Chief of Staff capabilities through initiative support, operational cadence, and narrative development. You will take on the challenge of synchronizing efforts across diverse products and interpreting operations data for growth opportunities. Unleash your potential in a role that lets you shape change initiatives and strategize resource allocation. You are a significant contributor to your team with a strong knowledge of optimization and integration. You understand what it takes to bring together all the key elements of a product line and its products to ensure coordinated outcomes.
Job responsibilities
- Own the Head of Product calendar with strong judgment on prioritization, sequencing, and trade-offs; anticipate conflicts and proactively propose solutions.
- Drive meeting excellence: build agendas, ensure pre-reads are ready, capture decisions and actions, and run follow-ups to closure.
- Connect dots across products, operations, and strategy; support the Chief of Staff and Head of Product to anticipate what's next and shift priorities before others even notice the wind change. Thrive in ambiguity by supporting translating vision into actionable roadmaps and proactively positioning the team for future success.
- Craft compelling narratives that influence decisions and inspire action. Translate complexity into clarity for multiple audiences-from engineers to executives. Make every presentation, report, or update impossible to ignore.
- Build structure from chaos without slowing the pace. Support the creation of repeatable, scalable systems that enable leaders to focus on transformation-not administration. Obsessed with outcomes, metrics, and accountability, you ensure the team delivers measurable results and maintains high standards
- Maintain a dependable operating rhythm across leadership forums, stakeholder check-ins, and transformation milestones; ensure the right people are in the room and prepared.
- Build trusted relationships across product, technology, operations, and control partners by being responsive, reliable, and outcomes-focused.
- Create synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives
- Collect key inputs from across products to ensure the full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs
- Calculate metrics for portfolio management operations and analyzes data for areas of opportunity
- Develop change initiative materials and change timelines; a
ssist in the product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program or business management
- Relentlessly organized, highly responsive, discreet, and eager to grow into broader strategic scope
- Proven ability to implement operational effectiveness initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, OneNote, Excel and PowerPoint
