We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and reliable Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clinical support to healthcare providers while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and medication information. Prepare patients for examinations and medical procedures. Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures. Administer medications and injections as directed and permitted by state regulations. Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and basic laboratory procedures. Document patient information accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Schedule appointments, manage patient communications, and coordinate referrals. Maintain exam rooms, medical supplies, and equipment. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and workplace safety standards. Qualifications Required: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential from an accredited organization. High school diploma or equivalent. Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
