My client is a global FX/CFD brokerage firm offering multi-asset trading products and operating in a regulated financial services environment with a strong focus on compliance, AML, and business growth.

Job Description

As the Head of Compliance, your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead the firm's compliance framework and manage regulatory relationships, licensing, filings, and audits.
• Oversee AML/CFT programmes, KYC/CDD processes, risk assessments, and suspicious activity reporting.
• Manage client onboarding and monitor trading activity for market abuse, toxic flow, and other compliance risks.
• Provide compliance advice on new products, business initiatives, marketing materials, and customer communications.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, controls, monitoring programmes, and internal governance frameworks.
• Support data privacy, regulatory governance, audit activities, and remediation of compliance findings

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Compliance should have:

• Bachelor Degree
• 5-10+ years of compliance experience within FX/CFD brokerages, trading platforms, fintech, or regulated digital asset businesses.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, AML/CFT requirements, client onboarding, transaction monitoring, and trading surveillance.
• Experience serving as a Compliance Officer, MLRO, or Deputy MLRO, with exposure to regulators such as MAS, ASIC, FCA, CySEC, or FSCA preferred.
  A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or CRCM considered an advantage.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and can read and write chinese
