Overview

Birdie Central is a new premium indoor golf and social clubhouse at 19059 Champion Forest Dr in Spring, TX - 0.6 miles from Gleannloch Pines Golf Club in one of Houston's most golf-active, affluent corridors. The facility features 6 bays with Uneekor Eye XO2 launch monitors, BenQ 4K projection, 2 private bays, beer and wine service, and 24/7 member access powered by Whoosh.

This is a founding-instructor role: you will build our instruction program from the ground up and put your name on it. We are targeting 200 members (including a capped 40-member junior tier), school golf team partnerships, and a year-round pipeline of juniors and adult improvers from the Gleannloch corridor. Climate-controlled teaching all summer; no shop-management duties, no outside-services shifts.

Experience Required

• PGA/LPGA Member or Associate preferred (not required); PGM graduates encouraged to apply
• 2+ years teaching experience OR strong playing background with launch-monitor fluency
• Comfortable teaching off data (Uneekor, TrackMan, GCQuad or similar) and video
• Enthusiasm for juniors and beginners - not just low-handicap players
• Evening and weekend availability; self-motivated to grow a book of business

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver private lessons and swing evaluations using Uneekor XO2 launch-monitor data and video analysis
• Design and run the junior development program (clinics, camps, school-team partnerships) and beginner/ladies clinics
• Teach students of all levels - juniors, beginners, women, and experienced players
• Support leagues, tournaments, and corporate events with instruction components
• Build and retain a client base through the Whoosh booking platform; convert lesson clients to members
• Contribute swing-tip content for social media and member communications
