Overview

Shady Canyon Golf Club is seeking a First Assistant Golf Professional to be a leader of the professional staff and assist the Head Golf Professional in overseeing and managing the daily golf operations while working closely with other departments to ensure an exceptional golf experience for both Members and Guests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Supervise, train and mentor golf staff.
• Plan, develop and manage tournament operations, communications and promotions through ForeTees & Golf Genius.
• Implement technology into standard daily operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with club rules and regulations.
• Provide private and group instruction to players of all skill levels on a limited basis.
• Oversee golf shop operations, including hard goods purchasing, club fitting program, inventory control, merchandising and communication with golf shop buyer.
