About Our Client

Our client is a reputable organisation within the professional services industry, they are currently hiring a Compliance Specialist to be responsible for operational compliance support, policy advisory and risk project review, candidate must have good knowledge in U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practice Act and Anti-bribery compliance and exposure for APAC or US compliance regulation.

Job Description

• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs within the banking and financial services department.
• Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
• Assisting in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and filings.
• Conducting compliance risk assessments and recommending improvements.
• Providing guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry standards.
• Collaborating with internal teams to address compliance-related concerns.
• Assisting in audits and investigations as required.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
• at least 5 years of working experience under APAC / US operational compliance
• Must have good knowledge in U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practice Act and Anti-bribery compliance regulation
• Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
• Work collaboratively with team member
• Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
• Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
