In-depth understanding of retail banking, including bank products, services, and branch operations High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Must be eligible to be a registered Notary Public, added to the NMLS registry, and Medallion Signature Guarantee | Technologically savvy with proficiency in MS Suite Highly organized with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Skilled in motivating teams, driving performance, and fostering a culture focused on achieving sales and service goals | Progressive branch banking experience, including leadership in sales, service, and community engagement Proven success in developing business relationships and achieving sales goals | |

For Applicants located in Northern Viriginia (VA): The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000$80,000 annually.
The ranges listed for Viriginia and/or Maryland represent the good-faith compensation the Company reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as bonuses or incentive pay, where applicable.
