Description

A Democratic candidate in the San Diego area is seeking a campaign coordinator to oversee and execute day-to-day operations, organic communications, and direct voter contact activities. This is a Democratic candidate who has won their primary and is well positioned to win the general election. This job will end on Election Day on Tuesday, November 3. 

Campaign Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Recruit and train volunteers, run field program and direct voter-contact activities
• Draft campaign communications including social media content
• Staff the candidate at in-person and virtual events
• Other campaign duties as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• At least one cycle of campaign experience is preferred
• Strong writing skills and experience drafting political communications
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites
• Presence in San Diego or ability to relocate to San Diego
• A desire to fight for a more just and equitable future!
