At Bluejack Ranch, we strive to create exceptional lifestyle experiences for our members, guests and their family and we are excited to be growing our team with the addition of an Assistant In Training Golf Professional who will help curate the grand opening of our Tiger Woods design golf course.

The role - Assistant In Training Golf Professional will be to assist in the maintenance and management of all aspects of the golf operation, focusing solely on outside operations (Player Services).

• PGA Associate
• High School Degree
• Attention to detail and ability to follow cultivation schedules
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Can do attitude with willingness to perform at a high level of service
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently and with a team.
• High work ethic, with sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• Must be able to stay organized and work independently.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Must be able to work a varied schedule that includes early mornings, weekends and holidays and occasional evening functions.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, the entire shift. Additional to the job's physical nature, the role is mainly performed outdoors in all weather conditions including excessive heat, rain, wind and frost. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• This is a full-time job that will include weekends, weekdays, and Holidays. Schedule is flexible as business dictates.

Essential Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Maintain and assist in the following areas and associated staff members: practice area, 1 st tee operation, golf course operation, comfort stations, The Ringer, caddie program, golf car fleet management, and outside staffing/player services operation.
