Apprentice Team AdministratorMarsh Portfolio Solutions (MPS) is a dynamic part of Marsh focused on delivering efficient, responsive support to clients and colleagues. Within MPS, the Fast Track team plays an important role in delivering high-quality administrative support in a busy, collaborative environment where accuracy, organisation, and teamwork are key.
This role is ideal for someone starting their career who is keen to develop strong office, coordination, and administrative skills in a professional setting.
About the role
As an Apprentice Team Administrator, you'll provide essential secretarial and administrative support to the Fast Track team within Marsh Portfolio Solutions (MPS). This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in a professional office environment, gaining hands-on experience while developing the core skills needed to become a confident and effective administrative professional.
You'll help keep everything running smoothly by supporting day-to-day office administration, preparing documents, maintaining records, handling correspondence, scheduling work, and ensuring information is accurate and well organized. It's a great role for someone who is dependable, organized, and eager to learn.

We will count on you to:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the team.
- Prepare, format, file, and update documents, correspondence, and records accurately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and general communications professionally.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, arranging diaries, and supporting coordination tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is stored and updated correctly.
- Chasing general outstanding information from colleagues and external contacts as needed.
- Support routine office tasks and help keep administrative processes running smoothly.
- Contribute ideas to improve office organization and efficiency.
What you need to have:
- 5 GCSEs at Grades 9-4, including English and Maths.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- A professional, reliable, and proactive approach.
- A willingness to learn and take direction in a busy team environment.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
