Financial Profiles is seeking a hands-on Senior Associate/Director to help lead day-to-day execution of strategic IR programs and projects for our clients. Qualifications:

• 5–7+ years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, equity research, financial communications, or a related field.
• Experience drafting investor-facing materials, including earnings content, investor presentations, research, targeting, and market updates; must be financially fluent and comfortable using FactSet, AlphaSense, ownership data, market data, and other research platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
