The Development & Marketing Director advances 100 Fold’s mission by leading fundraising and communications strategies, stewarding donor and partner relationships, and overseeing the organization’s brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Development
Design and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan in collaboration with the President and DOO to grow annual giving, corporate partnerships, and grants.
Manage donor stewardship and gift processing, including database oversight, acknowledgements, and donor research.
Cultivate relationships with key funders, partners, and the Board of Directors.
Build a results-oriented fundraising culture by setting goals, tracking outcomes, and reporting progress.
Marketing & Communications
Lead organization-wide marketing strategy to raise awareness and engagement across 100 Fold’s audiences.
Oversee brand consistency across social media, digital, print, events, and the annual report in coordination with the Creative Media Coordinator.
Direct content creation that positions 100 Fold as a thought leader and extends its reach.
Identify and evaluate new marketing and outreach opportunities; act as spokesperson and cultivate media relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of nonprofit fundraising and/or marketing experience, including digital channels.
Proven ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences and write successful grants.
Proficiency in marketing/design and donor database software; strong time-management skills.
Commitment to professional growth and best practices in fundraising and digital marketing.
