Description
The Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM) provides enterprise wide leadership to ensure the successful adoption and sustainment of strategic change across our operating companies. This role sets the vision, strategy, methodology, and standards for how change is led, governed, and embedded into the organization—advancing readiness, adoption, and long term cultural and behavioral shifts.
As a Senior Manager within Business Transformation, you will oversee a high performing OCM team, influence executive decision making, and shape how employees and leaders navigate change. You will strengthen organizational change capability, drive alignment across business functions, and ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value.
Key elements of this role include:
Enterprise Change Leadership
Own the enterprise change strategy and governance framework, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and long term transformation roadmaps.
Continuously evolve change methodologies, leadership sponsorship models, and change network effectiveness.
People Leadership
Lead, develop, and coach a high performing OCM team, including internal employees and external partners.
Manage performance, talent development, onboarding, vendor contracts, workforce planning, and resource allocation to ensure delivery excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
Build trusted partnerships with executives, business leaders, and cross functional stakeholders to embed change leadership accountability.
Champion enterprise collaboration with PMO, Technology, Communications, and other teams to integrate OCM into delivery models and governance.
Change Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define and manage key metrics for change adoption, readiness, and employee behavioral outcomes.
Implement analytics, feedback loops, and lessons learned processes to drive ongoing improvement and reduce change saturation.
OCM Excellence & Service Delivery
Lead the design and delivery of OCM plans, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and reinforcement approaches.
Ensure consistent use of tools, templates, and methodologies across the OCM function.
Build scalable, human centered OCM products and services that enhance change capability across the enterprise.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Organizational Development, Communications, Change Management, or related field. Master’s degree in a related field would be an asset.
5+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of building engaged teams, driving performance, and developing future leaders.
10+ years in OCM, HR, OD, communications, or related field.
Proven track record of leading enterprise level, complex change initiatives and influencing senior, cross functional stakeholders to drive adoption and results.
Strong program governance and delivery leadership with the ability to guide teams across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience developing strategies, managing budgets, and leading teams.
Exceptional communication skills, including facilitation and executive presentations.
Professional certifications such as; Prosci, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Lean, Human Centered Design, Adult Education are highly desirable.
Occasional travel to other locations to drive leadership engagement, facilitate training, and enable organization change.
