Description
The applicant demonstrates excellence in design and communications (both verbal and graphic), experience with delivering all phases of a project, working with academic, cultural, and civic institutions. Applicant demonstrates skills in interior and exterior design and detailing; be fluent in REVIT, Rhino or SketchUp, CAD; and is LEED accredited or actively working towards accreditation. Experience working with existing buildings is essential.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters in Architecture
- 2–5 years of experience
- Excellence in design and communication (both verbal and graphic)
- Experience with institutional clients
- Fluency in Revit, Enscape, CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino or SketchUp.
- LEED AP credential, or credentialed within 6 months of hire
- The ability to travel
