Outbound Licensing Coordinator, Easton, PA
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Supports global licensing operations. Oversees departmental administrative processes and systems to ensure efficiencies that enable smooth operations and lead to business growth.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains tracking of all license contracts, amendment agreements and renewals, post negotiation through final signed executed copies and updates licensee legal files
- Enters global licensee contracts in licensing database and manages the flow of information in system including royalty collection dates and payments made
- Facilitates forecast collections from licensees
- Coordinate Crayola product orders on behalf of licensed partners through approving, processing and tracking with cross functional teams
- Assists in the execution of annual licensee audits
- Manages execution of annual Licensing tradeshow collaborating with Crayola meetings and events planner
- Manages global licensee list, contact database and sends licensee and internal communications as directed
- Organizes and distributes out bound product samples as needed
- Manages Crayola in bound production sample shipments
- Assists in the creation of presentations, sales reports and special projects as needed
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in and administrative support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with external partners.
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management or digital asset tools is a plus.
- Self-directed with a desire to learn and grow.
