This is an ONSITE position located in Orlando, FL. SECRET Clearance Required.
National Capitol Contracting (NCC) is seeking a Video Teleconferencing Center (VTC) Facilitator Lead to support an upcoming contract (*contingent upon award*). This role serves as the primary technical and personnel point of contact for the Government within the VTC service area. This position provides hands-on leadership while actively participating in the delivery of secure and non-secure VTC services in support of mission requirements. This role is an integral part of the operational workforce and is not limited to coordination or oversight functions
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government in the resolution of all technical and personnel issues related to Video Teleconferencing (VTC) services.
- Lead and actively participate in the delivery of VTC products and services, ensuring reliable, professional, and timely support.
- Schedule, initiate, monitor, and troubleshoot secure and non-secure VTC sessions in accordance with Government requirements.
- Provide operational support for room-based and remote participants, including coordination across multiple time zones.
- Provide Tier 1 support for VTC-related equipment, systems, and associated networks.
- Monitor VTC sessions in real time to identify and resolve audio, video, connectivity, or performance issues.
- Coordinate with the Site Manager and Government personnel to ensure VTC services align with mission priorities and operational schedules.
- Ensure VTC systems and services are operated in compliance with applicable DoD, USN, and DISN policies and procedures.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and tracking of VTC usage, technical issues, and resolutions as required by the contract.
- Support continuity of operations by assisting with workload distribution and mentoring VTC facilitators, as applicable.
- Maintain professional customer service standards when supporting senior leadership, staff, and external participants.
Minimum Requirements
- Active Secret government security clearance.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience operation Video Teleconferencing systems within the Defense Commercial Telecommunications Network (DCTN) community or equivalent.
- Bachelors Degree in Communications, Broadcasting, or a related field.
- In lieu of degree: Four (4) additional years of relevant experience beyond the required experience may substitute for the degree.
- Ability to work effectively under time-sensitive and mission-critical conditions.
- Ability to support VTC operations across multiple time zones.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Previous experience within the Navy or supporting Navy programs.
- Two (2) years experience using the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) Video Services II
