Description: We are seeking a Vice President of Behavioral Health to lead outpatient and inpatient mental health and substance use programs in Brooklyn, NY. This executive role combines clinical leadership, operational oversight, and strategic program development within an integrated care environment. Key Responsibilities Lead behavioral health and substance use services organization-wide Oversee clinical quality, compliance, and program operations Drive strategic growth and service integration Manage leadership teams, budgets, and performance outcomes Ensure compliance with OASAS Part 820 and related regulations Qualifications MSW + active NYS LCSW required CASAC certification required 10+ years behavioral health experience (inpatient & outpatient) 5+ years leadership experience in substance use/residential programs FQHC or community health experience preferred Bilingual Spanish a plus Why Apply Executive leadership opportunity High-impact role shaping behavioral health services Collaborative and mission-focused environment In addition to working with the most highly respected clients in the health care field, you can expect: Highly competitive and weekly pay.
