Schedule Days (0800-1630), no weekends. Job Description The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting physical mobility or functional independence. As a Physical Therapist, you will assess and treat patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations related to neuro/musculo/skeletal issues. Services include sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance, and spinal therapy. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients to improve physical mobility and functional independence. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations. Provide interventions for various rehabilitation needs including orthopedic and neurological conditions. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercises. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
