Description
The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorgan Chase advances the firm's data and analytics capabilities, ensuring strong adherence to data & AI risk and control while enabling the data & analytics strategy for superior decision-making and business outcomes. By leveraging data and AI/ML, the CDAO develops innovative solutions to support commercial goals, enhance productivity, and manage risks.The Asia Pacific CDAO is a strategic function that embeds data and AI at the core of business decision-making across APAC. It advances the firm's data and analytics strategy, platforms, solutions, capabilities, and governance to deliver trustworthy, responsible, and innovative outcomes across the region.
As an Associate in the Transformation and Program Management Office, you will support the execution of strategic programs and initiatives, help coordinate daily operations, and assist with reporting and communications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with the organization's Data & AI strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing program plans that align APAC CDAO initiatives with business goals.
- Coordinate daily operations, including preparing meeting agendas, tracking performance, and supporting leadership meetings.
- Provide regular updates and insights to leadership, helping optimize organizational focus.
- Support or coordinate initiatives such as AI adoption programs, data governance, or cross-departmental projects.
- Help manage relationships with internal teams and external partners, facilitating communication and resolving issues.
- Track and report on project performance and metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using data-driven insights.
- Support ad-hoc assignments, such as organizing events, researching new technologies, or assisting with change programs.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or supporting complex projects in large organizations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to support data-driven initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly in APAC.
- Exposure to AI, data analytics, or technology-driven projects is an advantage.
