Senior Manager - DAP & DAO Business EnablementLondon / Hybrid
Contract until end of 2026
Up to £810.00 p/d Umbrella
HSBC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager - Business Enablement to lead enterprise-wide data engagement and enablement initiatives, supporting HSBC Group's Data Strategy and data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver strategic engagement and enablement programmes that drive adoption of data best practices and support HSBC Group data strategy.
- Plan and execute impactful engagement activities-including global events, forums, and stakeholder workshops-to promote data literacy, collaboration, and innovation across all business units.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality content and communications (written, visual, and video) that educates, inspires, and empowers colleagues and stakeholders to leverage data effectively and responsibly.
- Support governance deliverables by collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and regulators to ensure compliance, transparency, and timely reporting of data initiatives.
- Consult with stakeholders across the HSBC Group to understand data engagement needs, gather feedback, and provide actionable insights that inform enterprise-level decision-making.
- Monitor and report on the impact of data engagement initiatives, providing recommendations to strengthen HSBC's data culture and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate across global teams to progress strategic data initiatives and embed a unified, enterprise-wide approach to data management and utilisation.
Skills & Experience Required
- Exceptional Engagement Skills: Ability to craft clear, impactful messaging that resonates with diverse, global audiences and drives data adoption.
- Content Creation Expertise : Strong skills in developing written, visual, and video content tailored to enterprise data topics; experience in video scripting and editing is a plus.
- Event Enablement: Proven experience organising and delivering global events (virtual and in-person) focused on data engagement and education.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build relationships and consult with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, data professionals, and external partners.
- Project Management: Strong organisational skills with experience managing complex, multi-region programmes under tight deadlines.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret enterprise data and feedback to inform and refine engagement strategies.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and achieve shared goals in a global, matrixed environment.
