- Several years of experience in building, integrating and implementing CRM solutions based on Salesforce technology (including Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud).
- Enjoy presenting, demoing, storytelling and talking business impact and benefits
- Be independent to own your career, time (working remote is allowed) with work-life integration (flexibility) with a startup-mindset
- Strong oral and written communicator in English
- Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps and tooling such as Jira, Confluence

Job description
- Establish a requirements management strategy for the project, which describes; process for elicitation, documentation standards and format, tools, meeting cadence, backlog grooming process, attributes, review & approval process, change process, requirements status and metrics, and communications processes.
- Plan and facilitate the discovery of business requirements and document in the form of business objectives, goals, and success criteria.
- Build, organize and maintain the project backlog over the course of the project, often serving as a partner and mentor for the Product Owner.
- Provide oversight & guidance in the implementation of a project solution.
- Manage scope by ensuring requirements are within the scope of the SOW and communicate any variations for input to the change control process.
- Facilitate the ongoing backlog grooming process, supporting the Product Owner to define value, priority, and select scope for upcoming releases and sprints.
- Plan and facilitate the elicitation and elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements. Document in the form of epics, stories, wireframes, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain an overall understanding of the business needs and project solution from a functional perspective.
- Analyze requirements to ensure they are consistent, complete, unambiguous, and organized.
- Maintain and organize the project backlog over the course of the project, partnering with client Product Owner to define priority and business value.
- Ensuring stories are "ready" for upcoming sprints and facilitating sprint planning ceremonies.
- Review documented requirements with stakeholders; ensure developers and testers understand the stories and have a common understanding on how the user story will be built, implemented, tested.
- Analyze new requests from stakeholders and determine if the request is a new story, a modification to an existing story, or already covered in an existing story and add to backlog as appropriate.
- Train team on requirements processes and tools in use for the project.
