Ready to lead in one of the most exciting markets in America? FOX4 Kansas City is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our winning team. Kansas City isn't just home to the back-to-back champion Kansas City Chiefs-it's also a host city for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and FOX will be the network carrying every thrilling moment. This is your chance to be part of a powerhouse station during one of the biggest global sporting events in history.We're seeking a strategic, results-driven leader with a proven track record in digital sales and campaign management for local and regional clients. You'll play a key role in driving revenue across all screens - television, digital, and OTT platforms-while developing and inspiring a high-performing sales team.
Lead and Inspire: Coach, train, and develop Account Executives to exceed revenue goals and deliver exceptional client results.
• Drive Digital Success: Collaborate with local sales leadership to set priorities, execute strategies, and maximize digital opportunities.
• Build Partnerships: Cultivate strong client relationships, lead strategic discussions, and deliver innovative marketing solutions that grow businesses.
• Close Deals: Support sellers in client meetings, assist in negotiations, and ensure successful delivery of broadcast and digital budgets.
• Innovate: Develop creative, results-driven campaigns that leverage FOX4's powerful platforms.
• Strategize: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, recommend pricing strategies, and optimize inventory for maximum profitability.

Requirements & Skills
• Proven Leadership: Ability to inspire, coach, and build high-performing teams while fostering a positive, winning culture.
• Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions that drive results.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence and engage clients and team members.
• Professional Excellence: Highly organized, detail-oriented, energetic, and able to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Nielsen, WideOrbit, and Matrix systems preferred; advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of TV and digital media advertising, including ratings delivery services and emerging trends.
• Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of three (3) years of sales management experience, including local and digital sales.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
• Compliance: Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record required.
