Your new role

• Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with organisational needs
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey by managing communications and coordinating interviews
• Handle multiple job openings, facilitate the onboarding process
• Track applicant data and hiring results to support internal metrics and decision-making
• Engage in outreach and marketing initiatives with universities and support recruitment projects across Asia

What you'll need to succeed

• Working/internship experience as talent acquisition/talent acquisition assistant
• Native level Japanese, business level English
