In Bogotá, Colombia, we are searching for a candidate for the position of Project Manager. With 5 years of experience in the role with advertising and marketing agencies, the candidate should ensure the efficient, consistent, and scalable execution of the agency's regional operation. They must ensure that local teams deliver the agreed-upon services with quality and on time, acting as a liaison between the Regional Business Lead, local teams, and support areas (administrative, implementation HUBs, billing).

Responsabilidades

• Coordination of the Agency's Regional Operation
  
  • Coordinate the operational execution of the account at the regional level and in the countries in charge.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of the agency's and client's processes.
  • Align local teams with regional operational guidelines.
  
  Management of Delivery and Execution Excellence
  
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services (strategy, creativity, media, production, data, commerce, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with scopes (SOW), timelines, quality, and SLAs committed to clients.
  • Identify execution risks and activate corrective plans in a timely manner.
  
  Operational Efficiency and Standardization
  
  • Supervise regional operational processes (briefing, planning, production, approvals, among others).
  • Promote the adoption of best practices and regional/global playbooks.
  
  Resource and Capacity Planning
  
  • Coordinate regional capacity planning (talent, workloads, priorities).
  • Detect needs for reinforcements, rebalancing, or team scaling.
  
  Governance and Stakeholder Management
  
  • Facilitate coordination among local, regional leaders, and transversal areas (finance, administrative).
  • Ensure continuous alignment between client expectations and the agency's operational capacity.
  
  Reporting and Regional Visibility
  
  • Consolidate the regional operational performance of the accounts.
  • Prepare executive reports on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.

Cualificaciones

• Leadership skills, customer service, analysis, negotiation, planning, follow-up, experience with large advertisers, and proficiency in project management tools.
• Knowledge in agile and traditional project management methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall, among others.
• Familiarity with regulations and standards related to social media advertising, data privacy, and transparency in collaborations with influencers.
• C1 level of English.
