The Performance Marketing Advisor is a strategic, results-driven professional focused on driving demand generation and business growth within their region. This role involves planning, executing, and orchestrating marketing strategies across digital and offline channels, with an emphasis on driving the opportunity pipeline and increasing revenue. The advisor will guide regional demand generation goals, audience segmentation, and the multi-channel marketing mix to ensure optimal customer experiences throughout the buying journey. This role is highly cross-functional and collaborative, requiring advanced analytical skills, a strong commitment to customer-centric marketing, and omnichannel practices. The ideal candidate is a collaborator with a business mindset, adept at activating marketing efforts across various channels and measuring their success to achieve program outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Supports strategic planning process in collaboration with several areas of marketing, including countries, vertical and portfolio marketing (per appendix attached), marketing analytics (including pipeline conversion throughout the funnel) and content strategies.
- Partner with in-country marketing programs in support of business goals which include both online and offline activities, ensuring programs meet predefined success criteria. Provide post activity analytics to define best practices.
- Acts as key liaison in designated country field marketing in the activation of marketing activities across various execution teams with a focus in marketing automation, as well as paid and organic media.
- Maintains customer-focused approach across all marketing practices within their assigned remit, acting as a guide and governance for the region to ensure the customer’s experience with Zebra is always the highest priority.
- Serves as optimization advisor, including contact database health and go-to market creative, messaging and experience.
- Leverages customer profile data and behavioral activity to spearhead sequenced programs that ultimately lead to right time, right message delivery.
- Oversees budget utilization to ensure ROI is achieved throughout the funnel with value vs volume model across digital demand generation marketing programs, ultimately accountable for the best use of these funds throughout the year within their remit. This includes advising DCoE on best use of funds to support regional business revenue targets.
- Function as the digital marketing subject matter expert representing their designated countries, verticals/priorities to align with regional best practice. Act as the voice of their designated countries, verticals/priorities to global stakeholders (DCoE).
- Collaborates with other program marketers throughout their region as well as globally to ensure ongoing learning and best practices.
- Support channel marketing with to & through tactics and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or similar
- 8+ years of managing Marketing programs or processes
- Depth of experience in strategic planning and ongoing management of full-funnel marketing programs in support of technically-advanced products & solutions
- Strong critical thinking and leadership skills in order to guide plans across multiple teams
- Solid customer analytics and marketing best practices knowlege
- Strong communication skills to relay strategic plans and results to internal and external audiences including senior management
- Understanding of important demand generation concepts such as contact and data management, lead management, and revenue performance management.
- Sales and customer-minded professional
- Understanding or ability to learn various marketing and sales tools including Outreach,m Marketing Automation, Salesforce, intent data platforms such as Demandbase, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Depth of experience in strategic planning and ongoing management of full-funnel marketing programs in support of technically-advanced products & solutions
- “Can-do” attitude and team player
- Time management skills to manage multiple programs and priorities in a fast-paced environment
