She Recruits is partnering with a major hospital system in Northeast Florida to recruit a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) for an employed opportunity in Orange Park, Florida.
This position offers strong surgical volume, trauma exposure, and long-term stability within a Level II Trauma Center serving a growing patient population.
Location: Orange Park, FL
Schedule: Mixed (rotating weekends)
Facility: Level II Trauma Center
Estimated MGMA Range: $450,000 - $600,000+

This is a high-demand ENT role within a well-supported hospital environment, offering the opportunity to build a strong surgical practice with established referral patterns.
What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care for adult and pediatric patients
- Perform a broad range of ENT surgical procedures including sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, thyroid procedures, and head & neck surgeries
- Manage airway emergencies and trauma-related ENT cases
- Provide inpatient consults within a Level II Trauma Center
- Participate in shared call rotation
- Collaborate with primary care physicians, emergency physicians, and surgical specialists
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and service line development
- Support growth of the ENT program within the community
- MD or DO
- BC/BE in Otolaryngology
- Current or ability to obtain unrestricted Florida medical license
- Current DEA registration
- Clean professional record
- Employed model with institutional backing
- Level II trauma exposure
- Strong referral network
- Established surgical infrastructure
- Collegial physician culture
