Job Summary/Description:

The WTVY Family of Stations in Dothan, Alabama, has an immediate opening for an editor.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Posting to Digital Platforms
- Writing Digital
- Possibly broadcast stories
- Camera Operation in the field

Qualifications/Requirements:

- The ideal person would have experience or training in newsroom operations, with writing skills plus.
- Basic knowledge of editing programs is essential.
- A college degree is preferred
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds, be proficient in typing skills, and work well with others in a fast-paced newsroom environment.
