- Partner with digital and demand marketing teams to ensure events and sponsorships are integrated into broader marketing campaigns, including pre-event promotion, lead capture, post-event follow-up, and reporting.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and inform event, sponsorship, and customer-focused marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage internal and dealer-facing marketing communications that align with the R&U Marketing Strategy and support campaign execution, adoption, and performance.
- Build, distribute, and optimize communications using Populo, including audience segmentation, distribution list management, and workflow optimization to support targeted marketing efforts.
- Support lead generation and routing efforts by ensuring campaigns, events, and sponsorships capture high-quality leads and align with established lead management processes.
- Create and execute sponsorship activation strategies, partnering with social and digital marketing leads to support content planning, amplification, and engagement metrics.
- Lead the development and ongoing management of the self-service promotional merchandise platform, ensuring it supports brand consistency and marketing objectives.

- Collaboration: Skilled in working constructively with diverse individuals and teams.
- Creativity: Ability to apply creative thinking to develop original, effective marketing approaches.
- Effective Communication: Strong command of communication principles, ensuring clarity and accuracy in message delivery and interpretation.

- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging both internal and external audiences, with demonstrated influence across peers, leaders, and customers.
- High levels of organization, analytical thinking, and project management expertise, with a history of delivering work on time and within budget.
- Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and adapt quickly within fast paced, agile environments.
