Position Summary
We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and sharp problem‑solver to join our team in a highly visible role supporting both the Chief of Staff and CFO. In this role, you'll help guide a high‑performing management team, keep priority initiatives on track, and ensure alignment across the entire organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves connecting the dots, translating complex ideas into compelling communications, and driving meaningful outcomes across a dynamic Finance organization.
What You'll Do
- Drive organizational alignment by supporting the Chief of Staff and CFO in leading key management routines and ensuring strategic priorities move forward effectively
- Develop compelling communications and engagement materials that bring Finance initiatives to life-including written content, presentations, and visual storytelling
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear, digestible messages for audiences at all levels
- Manage critical processes by coordinating multiple priorities, handling confidential information, and keeping leadership informed
- Support essential Finance operations, including cost center ownership, enterprise earnings support, Board of Directors processes, and additional strategic financial projects
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in Finance or a related field
- 3+ years of experience communicating and presenting effectively to diverse audiences including senior leaders
- 1+ year creating polished senior‑level slide presentations for executive stakeholders
- 1+ year developing project plans and managing multiple long‑term initiatives
- 1+ year of experience reporting on project progress with a strong emphasis on cross‑department communication
- Proficiency in-or strong desire to become an expert in-Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 10% to Hartford, Woonsocket, Boston, and additional locations as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong relationship‑building skills with both internal partners and external stakeholders
- Comfort working in environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity
- Knowledge of Finance organizational structures, strategic initiatives, and leadership routines
- Experience with basic graphic design or web design tools
- Demonstrated ability to independently complete projects on schedule
Education
- Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Technical, or a related field

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
